I lived at Nemoke Trails for seven years as a graduate student, and loved living here. There are a lot of other graduate students, young professionals, and young families. It’s a generally quiet community with friendly neighbors, lots of dogs, beautiful parks surrounding the complex, and a major shopping area just a mile down Marsh Rd. The office staff are friendly and accommodating, and facilities were always responsive to the few maintenance requests I had while I was here.

I have lived in Nemoke Trails for 6 years, and just renewed my lease for another two! Its peaceful community, surrounded by natural beauty. The office staff has always been polite, helpful and friendly, answering my questions and attending to my needs. They have created fun activities for all ages (even though I no longer have young children at home) and thoughtful acts of kindness, such as hot chocolate on your way to work on a winter morning, a snack bar, pretzel bar, just to name a few.
